Job role : SAP Basis Consultant Duration : Long term Location : Atlanta, GA Responsibilities: The Consultant Resource will perform the following Services during the SOW Term (defined below): System installations and upgrades for Hana, Cloud Connector SLT and Gateway systems System problem troubleshooting System performance tuning Transport/DU management for Hana, SLT and Gateway SLT replication support and management Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet Delta's business needs Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems, while working closely with IT resources to share knowledge as the technical advisor during all phases of work Ensure adherence to Delta Change Management standards, procedures and documentation Produce technical support documentation for knowledge sharing and support Other/Miscellaneous SAP-HANA Basis support tasks at the direction of SAP-IT team #J-18808-Ljbffr Payfuture Technologies
