Peery Hwy, Richlands, VA 24641 Requirements March 13, 2026 UPDATE: The site has a a need for coverage for May 18- 22. Please note if your provider has availability. The physician will do procedures in the Endoscopy Suite Monday, Wednesdays, 1/2 Thursdays and Fridays. The physician will see patients in the office on Tuesdays and 1/2 on Thursdays. The physician will take night call every night and round on any patient consults in the hospital. Overtime is after 40 hours, not calculated daily. • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding. • Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing • Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes. Please refer to contract terms. All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor and must be satisfied to proceed with any assignment.
