Print Processing Specialist - Transaction Sorting & Decisioning - 1st Shift

Are you skilled at sorting and making decisions on complex transactions? We are seeking a Print Processing Specialist to manage reject decisioning and sorting tasks on the 1st shift in a fast-paced setting. This position involves performing complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions, focusing on day-to-day reject decisioning and processing. You will handle medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning based on client instructions, ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met. Job Details LOCATION: Monterey Park, CA 91754 PAY RATE: $17.00hr SCHEDULE: Sunday – 5:30am- 2:00 pm / Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri - 6:00am - 2:30pm / OFF – Tues & Sat Contract: 10/26/26 – 01/23/27 Responsibilities Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails. Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making. Header batched items with control documents and processing header. Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning as per client instructions. Maintain accuracy and meet department performance standards. Assist with training as needed. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in document processing or data entry. High School Diploma or GED. Proficient computer skills. Ability to read and make decisions independently. Capable of working well both independently and in teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude. Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new processes. Meet Deluxe productivity and accuracy standards. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Able to stand for long periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience with LXBX scanning is preferred but not required. Work Environment Fast-paced, deadline-oriented processing environment. Physical demands include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
