All Terrain Forklift Operator

Heavy Forklift OperatorUnited Concrete Products is hiring an experienced Heavy Forklift Operator to support daily operations at our facility. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that requires operating high-capacity forklifts ranging from 36,000 to 55,000 lbs. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, managing yard inventory, and assisting with general labor in the shop as needed. A dedicated spotter will be assigned to assist during lifting and transport operations.Schedule:Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMSaturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (as needed)Key Responsibilities:Safely operate heavy-capacity forklifts (36,000–55,000 lbs) throughout the facility and yardLoad and unload flatbed trucks and other delivery vehiclesTransport, stack, and organize materials in yard storage areasWork in coordination with an assigned spotter during all major lifts and movementsAssist with general labor tasks in the shop when forklift duties are not requiredPerform daily pre-operation equipment inspections and document findingsMonitor forklift performance and report any mechanical issues to maintenanceEnsure all materials are stored safely and in accordance with weight capacity limitsMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environmentFollow OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and standard operating proceduresCommunicate with supervisors, truck drivers, and yard personnel to ensure smooth workflowAssist with inventory tracking and material counts as needed
