Position Overview We are hiring a Market Project Manager. The Market Project Manager will ensure that the planning, production and prioritization of mechanisms result in the timely creation of marketing-approved content that aligns to the annual marketing calendar. Continuously update the production timeline model using available data Build a prioritization matrix to ensure work is triaged appropriately Manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders Participate in Campaign, Portfolio and Digital meetings to inform, advise and plan the execution of deliverables supporting the business Partner with the Senior Marketing Support Specialist in the preparation of quarterly marketing calendars that augment the amplification of commercial activities across the company. Required Skills/Education: Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences or Marketing, related field desired, or proven experience in a relevant field accepted in lieu of a degree. Must have education and/or PMP certificate in Project Management, or proven experience in relevant area. 3+ years experience in project management Experience using project management software tool(s) Experience working within cross-functional stakeholders, driving accountability such that timelines are built, managed and met Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to define and influence processes Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to build accountability Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills Proficient with project management platform Good written English required. Good oral and written communication skills. Salary and Benefits: For California, the base salary range for this position is $71,600 - $92,900. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
