Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of hotel accommodations, event space, and food and beverage services. This role requires a proactive approach to generating new business and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue for hotel rooms, event space, and food and beverage services.

- Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients to promote the property and its offerings.

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to generate new leads and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the property’s unique features.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, outlining performance metrics and areas for development.

- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the property and establish connections within the community.
