Your Role (What You'll Do)

As the operational anchor of our customer outreach division, you will manage daily call center workflows, optimize lead conversion, and build a culture of high performance.

• Command Day-to-Day Logistics: Direct the entire workflow of the call center division, overseeing both aggressive outbound lead generation and high-volume inbound customer support.
• Train & Mentor an Elite Crew: Recruit, onboard, and continuously coach Call Center Representatives to sharpen their phone presence, master script delivery, and effortlessly overcome objections.
• Optimize Appointment Velocity: Turn cold and warm leads into booked appointments, tightly managing schedules for our design consultants and field sales team.
• Drive Strategic Re-engagement: Oversee targeted campaigns to reach out to previous "No Sale" customers, providing helpful follow-ups and converting lost opportunities into closed deals.

Data Integrity & Performance Tracking

• Enforce CRM Precision: Audit internal CRM records to ensure customer data, touchpoints, and scheduled consultations are tracked with absolute precision.
• Drive Metric Accountability: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volumes, contact rates, lead conversion metrics, and overall department profitability.
