We arelooking for an experienced Director for our rapidly growing Finance Transformation and Automation practice. This dynamic team is a part of our overall Finance Transformation solution focused on "modernizing the office of the CFO." This position will be heavily focused on growth both internally as well as externally with strategic alliance partners, andleading pursuit and delivery teams. As a Director, you will be able to draw from your experience and knowledge to help clients improve their business by providing services such as Accounting and Finance Process Advisory, Solution Architecture, Technology Implementation, Process Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, you will be leading a team of consultants involved in all aspects of delivery from strategy to execution, as well as mentorship and leadership of team members.This practice line is exciting, growing and offers tremendous career opportunity. At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
