Temporary Receptionist (Front Desk Support)

Pay Rate: $19-21/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment Length: Immediate start through November, with potential to extend into December

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to support a valued client in Midtown Sacramento.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and managing entry access
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
• Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare outgoing packages and shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications

• Strong office, administrative, and organizational skills required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and presentation for front desk interaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Tech saavy
• Exposure to ExpoGo highly desirable, but not required
