Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and implement individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their personal goals.

Engage with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to provide complete, patient-centered care.

Educate Patients and Families: Equip patients and their families with the knowledge and skills necessary for continued progress in their everyday lives.

Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Continuous training and post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged and supported.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
