Marketing Manager (HubSpot & Paid Media)

Our client is looking for a hands-on marketing leader to become our first dedicated in-house marketing hire. This is a builder role: you'll own our HubSpot instance end-to-end and run paid advertising directly, rather than managing an outside agency. If you've spent your career translating strategy into execution — building the automations, running the campaigns, and owning the results — this is your seat.

This role reports directly to leadership and has real room to grow. As our client scales, there's a clear path to building and leading a team under you.

What You'll Own

• HubSpot, end-to-end — CRM architecture, marketing automation, workflows, landing pages, email, lead scoring, and reporting/attribution
• Paid advertising — plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar) with a direct line to results, not a monthly agency report
• Full-funnel thinking — connect paid acquisition to what happens inside HubSpot after the click, so the whole system works together instead of living in silos
• Building the function — you're the first hire here, which means helping define process, tooling, and (eventually) the team that follows you

What We're Looking For

• Proven, hands-on experience running HubSpot (5 years minimum)— not just using it, but architecting and optimizing it
• Real experience managing paid ad spend and being accountable for performance (5 years minimum)
• Comfortable being a "doer," not just a strategist — this role gets in the weeds
• Background at a smaller company, agency, or lean team is a plus — we're looking for someone who's had to wear multiple hats, not someone used to handing pieces off to specialists
• Strong communicator who can translate marketing performance into terms leadership can act on
