As a Line Cook at Capone's, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our guests leave happy and satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after shifts.
- Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure consistency.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficiency during service.
- Monitoring inventory and communicating any shortages to the kitchen manager.

We’re seeking a Line Cook who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar role. However, we are willing to train the right person.
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
