We're looking for a dependable, energetic Line Cook who takes pride in preparing high-quality meals and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.Whether you're an experienced cook or looking to grow your culinary career, we'd love to meet you!Position SummaryThe Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to The Bier Haus recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen. This position plays an important role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring every plate is prepared with consistency, accuracy, and care.What You'll DoPrepare and cook menu items according to The Bier Haus recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.Set up and stock kitchen stations before each shift.Work efficiently during lunch, dinner, and special events while maintaining food quality and consistency.Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and served promptly.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized throughout each shift.Assist with food prep, inventory rotation, and receiving deliveries.Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForPrevious line cook or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred.Passion for preparing quality food and providing excellent guest experiences.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication and organizational skills.Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.Physical RequirementsStand and walk for extended periods.Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift.Work safely around hot equipment and in a busy kitchen environment.Why You'll Love Working at The Bier HausAt The Bier Haus, we believe our employees are the heart of our restaurant.
