I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as an officer in the Air Force and later worked for REI. I'm a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and love spending time outdoors, especially mountain biking, skiing, and backpacking. Being involved in our community is important to our agency, and we enjoy finding opportunities to support and connect with the people we serve. As an Account Associate for Scott Kizer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
