Brand Ambassador (Cannabis)

Pay: $25 - 30 / hour Type: Full-Time | Weekends + Flexible Hours Location: Los Angeles, CA Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation and Holidays Mammoth Distribution is hiring a full-time Brand Ambassador to represent our cannabis brands—including Heavy Hitters and Papa & Barkley —at dispensary activations, in-store demos, trade events, and community pop-ups across the Los Angeles area, including West Hollywood, Culver City, and the San Fernando Valley. In this role you'll connect with consumers and budtenders, execute sampling programs, and be the face of our brands in the field. What You'll Do Represent the full product portfolio at events, in-store activations, festivals, and community pop-ups Deliver engaging product demonstrations and sampling experiences that drive brand awareness, trial, and loyalty Distribute branded materials and create memorable consumer interactions at every touchpoint Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, budtenders, and store staff Conduct budtender trainings to educate retail teams on products, brand positioning, and key talking points Act as eyes and ears in the field—report on competitor activity, consumer insights, and retailer feedback Participate in trade marketing events, festivals, and activations inside and outside retail environments Support sampling programs that meet consumers where they live, shop, and play Submit digital recaps with consumer insights and event highlights after each activation What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in events, promotions, field marketing, or consumer product marketing; cannabis experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with consumers, retail teams, and brand partners Highly organized and adaptable—able to manage shifting priorities and stay on top of event logistics Reliable availability for weekends plus flexible weekday hours, including early mornings and evenings as needed Genuine interest in cannabis, consumer education, and representing a brand with enthusiasm and professionalism Physical Requirements Comfortable standing and engaging with crowds for extended periods at events Ability to carry and transport event materials up to 25 lbs Manual dexterity for handling product samples, branded materials, and digital tools during activations Compensation & Benefits $25-30 / hour depending on experience Medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and holidays Also relevant if you have experience as: Brand Rep, Promo Rep, Promotions Representative, Event Staff, Demo Associate, In-Store Demo Representative, Field Marketing Representative, Cannabis Brand Ambassador, Trade Marketing Rep, or Sales Promoter. #J-18808-Ljbffr mammoth
