Senior Director Human Resources

A rapidly growing life sciences and technology company is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to serve as the organization’s senior HR leader and trusted partner to the CEO and executive team. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the HR function during a pivotal stage of growth while shaping the culture, talent strategy, and employee experience of a high-growth organization. What You’ll Do Lead all areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement. Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy. Develop scalable HR programs, policies, and processes to support growth. Drive culture initiatives, employee engagement, and leadership development. Build and lead the HR team as the organization expands. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Experience in a life sciences, biotechnology, medical device or healthcare technology. Experience working in a rapidly growing startup environment. Proven success building HR infrastructure and supporting rapidly growing organizations. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation, and benefits. Experience partnering directly with CEOs, founders, or executive leadership teams. ADP experience preferred. Why Join?
