Senior Director of Human Resources

\nReporting to senior leadership, this individual will serve as a strategic business partner while remaining hands-on in developing processes, policies, and programs that support a growing workforce. \n Salary Range: $180,000 - $225,000 base salary
\n Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

\n Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Build and lead the Human Resources function, creating scalable people strategies that support organizational growth. \n\t
• Partner with executive leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives and long-term planning. \n\t
• Develop and enhance programs focused on employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and professional growth. \n\t
• Design compensation frameworks and support organizational planning as the company expands. \n\t
• Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle programs, payroll administration, policy development, compliance, and best practices. \n\t
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives. \n\t
• Establish HR policies, processes, and systems that create consistency while supporting a positive employee experience. \n\t
• Lead and develop the HR team as the function continues to grow. \n\t
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. \n

\n Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n\t
• Extensive Human Resources leadership experience within a high-growth, fast-paced environment. \n\t
• Experience building HR programs, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up. \n\t
• Background supporting organizations with technical, engineering, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or other innovation-driven workforces preferred. \n\t
• Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership on strategic people initiatives. \n\t
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, compensation, organizational development, and talent management. \n\t
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution. \n\t
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. \n\t
• Willingness to work primarily onsite and travel occasionally as business needs require. \n
