Project Manager (Cambridge)

Key Responsibilities Manage Wireless telecommunications projects throughout all project phases including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Review and interpret telecommunications drawings, designs, and construction documents. Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and clients to resolve site issues and maintain project progress. Break down project scope, prepare cost estimates, and develop customer quotations. Monitor project schedules, budgets, financial performance, deliverables, and overall project execution. Ensure compliance with client standards, safety requirements, and company procedures. Communicate project updates, risks, technical issues, and financial status effectively with internal teams and customers. Maintain project documentation, reports, and records using Microsoft Office tools and project management software. Collaborate effectively with internal departments, clients, engineers, and field teams. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Wireless telecommunications projects. Strong ability to read and interpret telecommunications drawings and site documentation. Experience communicating with field crews and resolving on-site issues. Solid understanding of project management principles and standards. Experience preparing quotations, scope breakdowns, project costing, and budget management. Good understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Experience Familiarity with Rogers Communications, Bell Canada, and Freedom Mobile processes and standards. Familiarity with ADM, Smartport and Sitetracker systems/processes. Experience working in wireless telecommunications construction environments is considered an asset.
