Job Description McDugald Steele is seeking an experienced Garden Manager (Landscape Maintenance Supervisor) to lead the maintenance and long-term care of high-end residential landscapes in Houston. This role oversees field operations, manages landscape maintenance crews, and ensures each property meets the firm’s standards in horticulture, plant health, and client service. You will work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to execute detailed landscape maintenance plans, monitor irrigation and plant performance, and support the long-term success of each garden.
