Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) specializing in telespeech, teletherapy, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and school or healthcare settings. Positions are based in Santa Rosa, CA, with assignments spanning up to two schools and caseloads involving approximately 43 students ranging from Transitional Kindergarten (Tk) through 8th grade.

This contract role emphasizes flexibility, offering in-person positions with openness to alternative solutions including teletherapy options. Supervision is provided by paraprofessionals such as Para, RBTs, CNAs, or LPNs to support service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to students from Tk to 8th grade.
• Utilize telespeech or teletherapy modalities as appropriate.
• Collaborate with supervising professionals to ensure quality care.
• Manage caseload effectively across assigned schools.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active SLPA or SLP license as required by the state.
• Experience in school-based or healthcare speech therapy environments.
• Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery.
• Ability to engage and support a diverse student population.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting clearance prior to starting.
