Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners and local business owners in Hampton.

Guide clients through the claims process with empathy, transparency, and timely support.

Analyze current market trends to recommend the most relevant and cost-effective coverage options.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our service standards and streamline the client experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy information to ensure all clients remain properly protected.

Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience managing personal or commercial lines accounts.

Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain complex policy details.

Deep understanding of the local Hampton insurance market and regional risk factors.

Commitment to continuous learning and industry certification.
