CAREGIVER WALK-IN WEDNESDAY HIRING EVENT 

SEPTEMBER 23RD, 10AM TO 1PM!

Fedelta Home Care is hiring for In Home Caregivers and CNA’s

**Priority to caregivers located in Multnomah County (NE Portland)!*

Date: Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026

Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Address: 7150 SW Hampton St, Tigard OR 97223 – Ste 223 upstairs in corner past elevator

Parking: We are the last building in the back of the parking lot, 7150 is marked on the building

What we are looking for: 

• In Home Caregivers and CNA’s to work with our clients in the greater Portland areas
• Valid Drivers License, reliable vehicle and car insurance
• Day-time availability preferred
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check

What You’ll Be Doing:

Care needs vary, but your typical responsibilities may include:

• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders and assistance
• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Stand-by support, repositioning, or lifting
• Companionship—conversation, games, walks, etc.
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)

• Flexible shifts available

Pay:

• Unlicensed Caregivers: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
• Licensed CNA’s: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on years licensed
• $0.76/mile reimbursement
• Additional shift differentials may apply

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

This position requires strong time management skills, interpersonal skills, patience, listening skills and knowledge of generally accepted care standards. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written communication skills; through various channels including in-person, phone, email, and text messages. This position requires demonstrated experience and tact in communicating with diverse populations. This includes the ability to recognize and understand the differences, needs, experiences, values, lifestyles, and ages of the populations served. Must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. This position requires regular local travel and reliable transportation to assigned client locations. 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience with or the technical aptitude to proficiently use health care programs such as WellSky Personal Care

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee’s work is typically moderate. The employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds when assisting with direct patient care. The employee may seldom be required to lift and/or move more than 100 pounds assisted when providing direct patient care. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, lift, balance, use hands to finger, handle, grasp, or feel; talk and hear; bend and reach with hands and arms; and use repetitive motion of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Occasionally required to climb ladders or steps, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Visual acuity is necessary to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; viewing computer terminal; reading; operation of office equipment; operating a motor vehicle; and determining accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to both inside and outside environmental conditions while conducting home visits and travel between locations. May occasionally be exposed to atmospheric conditions during in home visits such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, or poor ventilation. May be exposed to infectious diseases. The noise level in the work environment is low and typical of what is experienced in a traditional home or office environment.
