Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Nurse!

Job Description:


- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
- 36-hour guarantee
- Join a dynamic team as an AHSA Agency Partner
- Required: New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be uploaded with application
- Patient Ratios: Maximum of 6:1
- Support Staff: 2 LNAs, Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor available to assist
- EMR System: EPIC
- Focus: Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients
- Implement nursing standards in the care delivery process
- Requested time off (RTO) must be noted upfront
- RTO requests after submission will not be approved
- Accepting a maximum of 5 days of RTO (less is better)
- Availability: Must work TWO blocks during specified holiday periods
- Thanksgiving Day & Friday after
- Christmas Eve through Christmas Day & weekend after
- New Year's Eve through New Year's Day & weekend after
- Travel requirements: Must have own vehicle
- Non-billable orientation: 0 hours

Submission Requirements:


- Minimum 3+ years CURRENT Medical Surgical experience
- Minimum 2+ years PCU/Stepdown experience
- EPIC EMR experience - Highly Preferred
- Charge experience - Required
- Previous travel experience - Preferred
- Permanent address must be included in profile
- All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission

Profile Requirements:


- Work History and Skills Checklists (Medical Surgical and Stepdown/PCU) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from the past two years of employment)
- New Hampshire RN license or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
