HVAC Install Coordinator Charlotte Heating & Air Mint Hill, NC$25.00 - $32.00 per hourCharlotte Heating & Air is a locally owned company that has proudly served the greater Charlotte area since 2009. We believe in doing business with honesty and integrity - treating our customers and team members the way we would want to be treated.We're looking for a dependable and organized HVAC Install Coordinator to help manage our installation operations and support our growing team.ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some flexibility and occasional weekend support may be required)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hourHealth Savings AccountPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with company matchCompany vehicle and uniforms providedFree financial advising servicesYear-round stable employmentPositive, supportive company cultureWhat You'll DoCoordinate daily installation schedules and dispatch crews efficientlyOrder and manage equipment, materials, and inventoryOversee warehouse operations and stock levelsWork with local inspectors, pull permits, and handle job costingMaintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding schedules and timelinesEnsure all installations meet code requirements and company quality standardsSupport the installation team to keep projects on time and on budgetRequired QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience in HVAC installation or service coordination (preferred)Previous permitting, job costing, or scheduling experience (preferred)Strong customer service mindset and leadership abilityBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.If you're a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating projects and supporting a team, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today - serious candidates will be contacted promptly.NO PHONE CALLS OR WALK-IN INQUIRIES.
