Treasury Management - Sales Associate III

Treasury Management Sales Associate III As a Treasury Management Sales Associate III, you will generate new cash management business and expand existing business relationships with clients having annual revenues of $10MM and up. You will develop and implement a strategic and ongoing sales plan, utilize knowledge of competition and industry best practices to recommend appropriate treasury management products and services, and educate relationship managers and other associates to support business development. You will maintain a high level of company and client confidentiality, identify, analyze, sell and support treasury management products and services to established and prospective corporate clients, and collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers and specialty lines of business to achieve specific service charge and deposit goals. Additionally, you will solidify client retention by providing superior client service, assessing client needs and recommending effective strategies, negotiate pricing to optimize profitability of products or services, generate revenue through the sale of treasury management products and services, participate in sales management and officer call programs, build rapport with clients and colleagues, treat others with respect and consideration, and maintain current knowledge and compliance with regulations and bank policies related to the position, including BSA and OFAC requirements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. 15+ years of previous Treasury Management Sales experience. Desired Qualifications Advanced degree or certifications related to the field. 20+ years of progressive Treasury Management Sales experience. CTP certification. Skills & Abilities Demonstrates strong leadership with broad knowledge of Treasury Management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast‑paced environment. Experience utilizing competitive analysis documents to prepare RFPs. Clear understanding of policies and procedures and ability to enforce compliance regulations. Exceptional internal and external client service orientation.
