About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to lead the development of a robust sales engine for the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the new-business sales strategy, with a focus on building a more predictable, productive, and scalable sales process. This hands-on leadership role requires a builder and coach who can work directly with the team to improve execution, develop talent, and establish the systems and discipline necessary for scaling. The VP of Sales will be expected to achieve or exceed new-business ARR plans, enhance the quality of new ARR, and create a sales operating system that is capable of supporting the company's growth without relying on individual heroics. Candidates for this role should be proven B2B SaaS sales leaders with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a sales organization through growth and transformation, as well as a strong understanding of sales processes, qualification frameworks, and sales economics. A hands-on leadership style, strong customer curiosity, and practical AI fluency are essential. Experience in mission-driven sectors such as nonprofit, public education, healthcare, and associations is a plus. The role is not about personal sales performance but about building a high-performing sales organization that can consistently deliver valuable and durable revenue.
