Job Title & Summary Leasing & Management Assistant – Emory Apartments (200‑Unit Community, Pensacola, FL). Support onsite leasing, resident relations, and day‑to‑day management operations for a 200‑unit apartment community, working directly with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction. Support marketing and outreach to keep a stable pipeline of qualified prospects (online listings, social media, signage, referrals).
