Concrete Estimator
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs.
- Prepare weekly bids and ensure timely completion of estimates.
- Review construction documents, evaluate requests for estimates, and fully understand the scope of work to be bid.
- Communicate effectively with general contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Maintain and update bid tracking sheets and lead tracking sheets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet research.
- Field experience in concrete is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills is essential.
