Job Description We're looking for a Field Sales Executive who wants to own a territory, build meaningful customer relationships, and drive long-term growth in a rapidly expanding business. Territory: Pacific Northwest This position is responsible for developing new business and expanding customer relationships throughout the Pacific Northwest. The successful candidate will create and execute a territory strategy focused on long-term customer relationships and market growth. Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000–$200,000+ Uncapped commission plan What Success Looks Like Establish a strong presence within your assigned territory Build meaningful relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders Generate new opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner engagement Progress complex opportunities through consultative sales engagements Create a repeatable territory strategy that generates long-term pipeline and revenue Become a trusted resource to customers and partners within your market Key Responsibilities Own and execute the growth strategy for an assigned territory Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and in-person customer engagement Build relationships with enterprise and mission-critical customers Collaborate with manufacturers, carriers, distributors, and channel partners to create opportunities Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery through close Build and manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity progression Partner closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes Requirements 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, telecommunications, networking, infrastructure, mobility, or related industries Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business Strong consultative selling and discovery skills Experience selling into enterprise, public safety, utilities, transportation, critical infrastructure, or similar markets Experience working with manufacturers, carriers, distributors, VARs, or channel partners Self-starter who thrives with autonomy, accountability, and territory ownership Ability to navigate both structured procurement and commercial sales cyclesStrong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel approximately 50–75% within assigned territory Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage HSA and/or FSA options Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Mileage reimbursement and approved travel expense coverage Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with significant long-term career potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Modern Networks LLC
