Job Details We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Permanent Radiology Technologist to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, passionate about providing high‑quality patient care, and committed to medical excellence. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and quality standards. Ensure the safety of patients by adhering to radiation safety measures and dose awareness. Conduct portable radiography procedures and provide trauma/ED imaging support as needed. Assist in the operating room with imaging support and work collaboratively with the surgical team. Utilize basic computer skills to manage patient records and operate imaging machinery. Perform quality assurance checks on radiology equipment and report malfunctions or issues. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and providing comfort measures to ensure a positive patient experience. Adhere to infection prevention guidelines and ensure proper room turnover. Maintain current BLS (CPR) certification and apply these skills as necessary. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist. Demonstrable experience in patient positioning and image acquisition. Proven knowledge of radiation safety and dose awareness. Experience in portable radiography and trauma/ED imaging support. Basic computer proficiency. Experience performing quality assurance checks. Excellent patient communication skills and a commitment to providing comfort measures. Knowledge of infection prevention and room turnover basics. Current BLS (CPR) certification.
