Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Weekend DAY shift – Friday, Saturday, plus one weekday shift per week. Must work at least one holiday if it falls during the contract period.

Highlights:

• Level IV/surgical NICU experience with complex neonatal cases including CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-operative care
• Weekend-focused schedule with one additional weekday shift for enhanced work-life balance
• Opportunity to float to other units as needed, expanding clinical versatility
• PALS certification required; NRP certification preferred
• Nicotine-free facility committed to maintaining a healthy work environment
• Flu vaccination required with no exceptions

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Georgia or compact state licensure
• Level IV or surgical NICU nursing experience required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred
• Current flu vaccination required – medical and religious exemptions not accepted
• Must pass nicotine screening in addition to standard drug screening
• Willingness to float to other units as needed
