Supply Chain Planner

Production PlannerThe Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring a consistent, reliable, and cost-effective supply of products to meet customer and business demands. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated production and material plans that align with service, inventory, and operational objectives. Working within an SAP environment, the Production Planner will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Procurement teams to balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory objectives while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically across the end-to-end supply chain while effectively managing day-to-day operational challenges, supply interruptions, and changing business priorities.Location: This position is based at our St. Louis, MO plant; Hybrid schedule includes 3 days in office & 2 days at home. Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position working Day shift, Monday - Friday.
