Dermatology Health & Science Specialist (VIT) - Fort Worth, TX

Pfizer seeks a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers. The role combines specialty sales, clinical education, and access navigation to support patient outcomes across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in specialty dermatology
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's with 8+ years work experience, or High School diploma with 10+ years work experience
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Preferred: 3–5 years specialty sales experience in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
• Ability to engage key opinion leaders and manage high-influence accounts
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary annually, plus sales incentive bonus
