Complaints Coordinator
Globus Medical
Globus Medical seeks a Complaints Coordinator to manage complaint documentation, investigate device issues, and facilitate returned device evaluations in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills to ensure accuracy of complaint records and identify product trends.
Responsibilities
- Initiate complaint documentation and entered data into complaint handling systems
- Conduct complaint investigations and facilitate returned device evaluations
- Review Device History Records and analyze complaint data for negative trends
- Prepare customer communications regarding complaint investigation results
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation and investigation conclusions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in customer-oriented or office environment role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and reasoning abilities for data trend evaluation
- High ethical standards and professional demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
