This fine dining steakhouse is building its next great kitchen—and it starts with you. You'll shape the menu, lead an exceptional team, and set the standard for culinary excellence. The kitchen is yours to run—with the autonomy, resources, and compensation to match.

What You'll Do

Direct all kitchen operations and culinary execution.
Develop and refine menu offerings and specials.
Recruit, train, and lead your kitchen brigade.
Maintain food quality, cost controls, and sourcing standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food codes.

What We're Looking For

Executive Chef or equivalent fine dining kitchen leadership.
Proven experience in steakhouse or high-volume kitchens.
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor culinary teams.
Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary steakhouse cuisine.
Commitment to food safety, quality, and operational excellence.
