Executive Chef – Fine Dining Steakhouse (New Restaurant Opening)

We are seeking a career-driven Executive Chef to open a brand-new fine dining steakhouse with a growing organization. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: you will build and train the kitchen team, own the standards, and set the culture from day one — with a clear path to grow as the brand continues to expand.

What You’ll Do

Lead all back-of-house operations for a new fine dining steakhouse opening
Recruit, hire, train, and develop the opening kitchen team
Own execution of prime steaks and scratch-made cuisine at fine dining standards
Establish systems for food quality, consistency, safety, and sanitation from day one
Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships
Partner closely with the General Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience
Build an accountable, positive kitchen culture where people want to stay and grow
Identify and develop future kitchen leaders as the organization expands

What We’re Looking For

Proven Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or polished hospitality
Strong command of prime steaks, scratch execution, and elevated plate presentation
New restaurant opening experience is a strong plus
A hands-on leader who builds, teaches, and develops teams
Strong financial acumen: food cost, labor, inventory, and P&L partnership
High personal standards, attention to detail, and pride in every plate
A career-driven mindset and the desire to grow with an expanding brand
