We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Calvado Care LLC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain independence and reach their full potential. This is a Pool position that will require flexibility to work at our three locations Gasport, Allegany and Aurora Park.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

·        Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and goals

·        Provide hands-on therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and education to improve patient function and mobility

·        Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

·        Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

·        Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

·        High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred

·        Valid New York State Occupational Therapy license

·        Zero years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

·        Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
