We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Calvado Care LLC.  This position requires the candidate to work at our three locations Gasport, Allegany and Aurora Park. Responsibilities:

·        Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

·        Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

·        Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.

·        Document patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.

·        Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers.

Requirements:

·        Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

·        Current NYS license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) OR Clinical Fellow (CFY) eligibility.

·        Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) , rehabilitation center , or long-term care setting preferred.

·        Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
