Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire, lead, and develop FOH and BOH teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver superior guest service
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, health, and safety standards
• Drive exceptional guest experiences by proactively addressing feedback and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Manage P&L responsibilities including labor optimization, food cost control, and revenue growth

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven success in managing high-volume, upscale dining establishments
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to cultivate a positive, performance-driven culture
• Deep understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
