Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications and interest in the position. Representing client interests by negotiating with candidates to reach agreement on compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment. Coordinating the administrative aspects of hiring new employees, including processing paperwork, verifying credentials, and scheduling orientations. Reviewing applicants' resumes and interviewing applicants for open positions. Identifying prospective candidates for jobs based on client requests and job requirements. Reviewing and updating candidate profiles in databases, such as online applications and applicant tracking systems (JobDiva).Qualifications: Healthcare recruiting (5 years of experience is required). High volume fast paced environment.
