Physical Therapist (DPT) Working with developmentally delayed adults—evaluations and treatment needed. Details about this opportunity Location: Carmel, NY Status: Part-Time – 12 hours per week. Full-time work also available. Compensation: $60/hour (Rates are determined by the services provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held. This position may be full-time or fee‑for‑service depending on current caseload; arrangement can vary and is subject to change.) Employee Assistance Program Referral Program Professional Development Assistance Full‑Time Opportunities Available Team Building Events Incentive Program Responsibilities Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload. Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations. Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management. Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals. Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel. Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly. Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
