Residential Supervisor

Residential SupervisorNFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program located in Westborough, MA.The IRTP's are short-term locked facilities serving male and female youth who are referred through the Department of Mental Health (DMH). NFI's two, fifteen bed IRTPs are state-wide residential programs for adolescents who have a serious mental illness and/or severe emotional and/or behavioral disturbances.The two programs provide vigorous treatment in a locked setting for youth who are unable to be safely treated in a less restrictive setting.
