SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Performs various administrative and supervisory duties, monitors employee performance, mentors and coaches' employees, and administers discipline when needed. Ensures that Operative IQ is functional and makes any corrections and upgrades and provides training as it relates to the program. Ensures reports are generated in a timely manner so that all expiring items are removed. Verifies and replaces as needed equipment in the equipment bags and works directly with Information Technology for tracking of such equipment. SCOPE OF DUTIES: Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, processes employee concerns and problems, directs work, counsels, disciplines, and completes employee performance appraisals in a timely manner. Has knowledge of DEA requirements and regulations for controlled substances; restocks boxes with the required amount and updates Operative IQ with usage and restock; updates Operative IQ when only seals need to be replaced; verifies the usage sheet with the ePCR report; images daily usage sheet into Operative IQ with the case; prepares monthly reports and filing. Serves as the Operative IQ administrator and keeps program updated with new equipment or equipment changes; pulls or builds reports that are requested from other areas; help train new users on Operative IQ; issues bar codes to all new employees. Assists support services technicians with Operative IQ when needed; functions as inventory specialist by ensuring expired or damaged items are recorded and handled properly; cycles count as needed to make corrections. Provides reports for monthly checks for expiring pasts at least 1-2 times a month; ensures shelving area is properly stocked with inventory and reports on status; assists Information Technology with lost or damaged items; ensures information is entered into Operative IQ and reports are completed; may participate on project work teams as requested by manager. A.S. degree (or equivalent in education and experience) 2 years of warehouse experience preferred. Must have a valid South Carolina Driver's License.
