Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week contract position at a children's hospital.

Job Details

• Work in the Respiratory Therapy department at a children's hospital,
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30,
• Standard contract with 36 guaranteed weekly hours over a 13-week assignment,
• Must be open to working any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available,

Job Requirements

• Active RRT license required if applicable,
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist,
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,
• Valid driver's license required for consideration,
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a pediatric hospital setting,
• Candidates should keep requested time off (RTO) under 7 days during the assignment,
• Local candidates may be considered depending on market and pay rate,
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel rate, or may be considered as local depending on market,
• Returning employees or travelers with prior experience at this health system may require additional approval before consideration,
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
