Location: Kern County, Delano, CA. Job Overview Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Analyst I independently performs a variety of administrative tasks and special projects to assist the CEO in carrying out his/her duties and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Assist the CEO in analyzing and evaluating the use of resources, including personnel and budgets, and make recommendations. Review and analyze proposed policy, procedures, and program changes, prepare reports, interpret Department and institution policies, and make recommendations. May supervise, review, and approve work assignments of office staff. Support the overall mission and immediate goals of the institution and perform duties as necessary to provide for better delivery of program services.
