Senior Industrial Project Manager - LNG & NG

HDR is seeking a senior project manager in the Industrial sector with significant experience supporting industrial clients and projects. The role involves establishing and strengthening client relationships, winning and executing projects, and leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers in New England. The candidate will actively participate in industry events, develop proposals, and manage project teams to successful completion while coordinating the recruitment and mentorship of team members. Responsibilities Direct and coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage large, multidiscipline projects or medium‑size projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff. Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently. Establish and maintain client relations, and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with other staff and stakeholders. Coordinate staffing and workload through the entire project life cycle, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule. Track financial aspects of projects, and adjust work effort with the team to stay within the agreed budget and schedule. Work with accounting, operations, and business leadership for periodic project reviews. Implement QA/QC procedures. Supervise large project staff and mentor less‑experienced project managers. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification. Preference given to local candidates. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. 10 years of related experience. At least 5 years of project management experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong ability to interact with various design teams.
