What your future day will look like: Manage client accounting activities within QuickBooks Online, ensuring financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Reconcile sales activity from platforms such as Stripe, Square, Shopify, and other third-party systems. Prepare and file multi-state sales tax returns while maintaining compliance with applicable requirements. Review payroll reports and prepare accurate payroll journal entries within QuickBooks Online. Analyze financial statements, investigate discrepancies, and identify unusual balances or transactions. Communicate directly with clients to resolve questions, provide guidance, and support their accounting needs.
