JOB TYPE: Full-time
SWING SHIFT:

• 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM and/or 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Must be willing to change shifts on a 5-day notice (Non-negotiable)

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Steel Production Worker, you will engage in various tasks associated with reprocessing steel parts, including power-washing, sorting, loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties. This role involves working in a warehouse-type building, predominantly open to the outside, and may include working on elevated platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Power-washing steel parts.
• Sorting, loading, and unloading materials.
• Operating machinery related to steel production.
• Engaging in shipping, receiving, and general cleaning duties.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

• $16.00/hr during the probationary period (0-90 days).
• Increase to $17.00/hr after 90 days.
• Further increase to $18.00/hr after 6 months of employment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical fitness for heavy lifting and physical exertion.
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Previous industrial experience preferred; knowledge of steel production processes is a plus.
• Shift flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments and deal with heights.
