Employment Litigation Associate

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to join its New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience to take on meaningful, client-facing work while continuing to develop under the mentorship of experienced partners. The role offers hands-on involvement in litigation strategy, case management, and client relationship building. What You'll Do: Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and respond to pleadings, oversee discovery, and prepare motions Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations, hearings, and other proceedings Counsel clients on day-to-day employment law issues and risk management Work directly with clients and contribute to ongoing client development efforts What You Bring: 3–5 years of employment litigation experience Admission to both the New Jersey and New York Bars (required) Strong academic background Excellent writing, analytical, and project management skills Ability to balance multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to client service Interest in continued professional growth and business development #J-18808-Ljbffr
