Recruitment Advisor

As we grow our presence in the United States, we're building a world‑class team to support our expanding US operations — and we need the right people to help us find them. The Role We're looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our growing US business, based out of our Austin, Texas office. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruitment role where you'll partner closely with project and business leaders to attract, assess, and secure top talent across our US operations. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and capability of Martinus in the US market. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles including engineering, construction, project management, and corporate functions Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies Build and maintain a strong pipeline of rail and infrastructure talent across the US Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry boards) Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments Manage offers, reference checks, and pre‑employment processes Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry bodies, and staffing agencies Support workforce planning initiatives as the US business scales Contribute to employer branding efforts to position Martinus as an employer of choice in the US rail sector Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular reporting on recruitment activity About You 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or a related industry Proven ability to manage high‑volume and specialist recruitment simultaneously Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you build relationships quickly and authentically Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, growth environment Comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity as we establish and scale our US operations Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting What's on Offer Competitive base salary plus benefits package A genuine opportunity to shape the recruitment function from the ground up Collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture Career growth opportunities as the US business expands Austin‑based office with flexibility where the role allows #J-18808-Ljbffr Martinus Group
